WHAT IS NIZZA
It is Barbera d'Asti Superiore wine produced in a small
area of 18 municipalities surrounding Nizza Monferrato.
Production regulations set very strict requirements
from the growing and the oenological point of view,
in order to keep high quality standards. The most important
ones concern vineyards and wine, from soil position
to final alcohol content.

controlled by very strict requirements
from the growing and the oenological point of wiew. Nevertheless,
Nizza wine producers established an even more severe code
of self-regulation so that the wines called “Nizza”
Barbera d'Asti Superiore have even higher quality standards.
