Sensorial qualities
Intense red ruby with some violet highlights.
Warm, powerful with hints of overripenning and compote.
Fullbodied, lingering and velvety with toasted and fruity
notes. Well balanced wine.

Vine making
Harvest by and, the grapes are collected in boxes; stalks
are removed from the grapes through pressing; the grapes
are slightly overippen thanks to the good vintage.
15 – 20 days maceration and fermentation in steel tanks at
32°-35° C with utilization of selected yeasts. Three times
a days for a week, the must in the tanks was stirred.
Drawing off the marc utilization in assemblage of the wine
obtained from the pressing. The product is refined in barrel
for 15 month.
