TASTING NOTES
Colour: deep ruby red ruby
Scents: austere and elegant nose f plumand cherry, with notes of spice and undergrowth, very fine woody hints with ethereal notes.
Taste: thick, juicy, itense and flavourful. Well structured and with fresh acidity, soft and warm, with a good finish due to delicate and sweet tannins.
Food matches: ideal with roast meats, game and mature chesses.
