Tenuta Olim Bauda is a former property located at the border between the municipalities of Nizza Monferrato, Incisa Scapaccino and Vaglio Serra. Purchased by the Bertolino family in May 1961 mainly for the production of Barbera wines, it has been run by the current Bertolino brothers since 1998. Dino takes care of agronomy and the cellar, Gianni of marketing and sales and Diana is the head of administration. Today, the estate has vineyards in 5 different municipalities with the aim of producing only Denominazione di Origine wines. The Nizza Docg and the Nizza Docg Riserva represent the flagship wines of this estate.
